We attempt to display accurate product details, colors, and descriptions, but we cannot guarantee that your device will display these details precisely.

5. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or limitations on product availability.

If your payment method fails or is declined, we may cancel your order or request an alternative payment method.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery and any associated delays or issues passes to the carrier.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information may be delayed or returned.

7. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Each piece is created on demand especially for you, which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Services are hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that allows us to sell our products. Your use of third-party tools, applications, or integrations is governed by those third parties. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of third-party services.
