This policy covers both physical goods and digital products.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Made-to-Order Items
Every physical item is created on demand specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, colour, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your physical item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item, or part of your order is missing, notify us within 7 days so we can resolve it promptly.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered production. Contact us immediately and we will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
Refunds for Physical Goods
At this time, we do not offer refunds for physical products. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Instant Delivery
Digital products are delivered by email immediately after purchase or through an on-screen download link.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital items once the file has been delivered.
Refunds for Digital Goods
Refunds for digital products are only issued if the file is corrupted or cannot be accessed after troubleshooting. If this occurs, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
