This policy applies to all physical products. Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Made-to-Order Production

Each physical item is produced on demand. Production typically requires 2 to 7 business days before shipping. Times may vary based on order volume, product type, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier. Typical estimates are:
• Canada: 3 to 9 business days
• United States: 5 to 12 business days
• International: 7 to 20 business days

Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot replace or refund orders that are lost or returned due to incorrect address details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
